Heart & Soul LLC is a For-Profit Agency that believes it is important to see individuals for their positive qualities, which they can utilize in developing meaningful opportunities and pursuing their desired outcomes that fit their lifestyle preferences. We also believe that each individual should be involved in the support planning process to the best of their ability with the support of Heart And Soul LLC, the individual’s family, friends and other community liaisons, which are essential in helping to provide the opportunity of building the quality of life of their choice.

1. To assist individual's with finding and maintaining community support and resources that will help with building a lifestyle of their personal preferences.
2. To provide diverse services and supports that are based on each individual’s choices.
3. To provide learning and support for individuals that will assist in eliminating the social stereotypes and community barriers that many individuals with intellectual disabilities experiences.
